1- Choose a comfortable seated position to ensure your body is fully relaxed.

2 – Breathe deeply, without forcing.  Allow air to gently penetrate your lungs or your breast and energy to sink into your belly.   Calmly, just feel the slightest move forward and backward from the abdomen to the nose. Like a caress, allow this air movement to refresh and relax your internal chest.

3 – Keep breathing deeply, but this time, allow the movement of air to slide upwards along your nose. Let the energy penetrate the vital air of your head while bringing comfort to your brain. Everything is calm like your thoughts.

4 – So put your hands on your chest area, breast, at the level of your heart chakra (in the middle of the breast) one over the other.

5 – Just connect with yourself. Take that time…

6 –  Then, visualize a flower under your hands and let it flourish. May its fragrance irrigates your whole being, and beautify your inner shores, may simplicity join your intellect.

7 – Have a sense of gratitude for Life. This great Life, in which we have our movement, our reality and our being.

8 – Then put your hands on your knees and let the flower of your heart chakra takes its space.
